A low-profile, flat-top, steel-structure weighbridge that is installed in a ramped (surface-mounted) configuration for rental applications.
Installation requires only a load-bearing, level concrete surface.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.

Weighbridge construction and overview:
The ANS-M weighbridge is a measuring instrument built with longitudinal and intermediate beams together with extremely accurate and reliable load cells. The main structural elements of the weighbridge are: “I” 240 main beams (arranged in pairs within the track gauge) and an 8 mm chequer plate walking surface. The shorter versions contain 4–6 load cells, while the longer versions (e.g. the 18 m model) contain 8 load cells.
After applying a corrosion-resistant primer, the shot-blasted metal structure of the weighbridge is coated with a two-component epoxy paint that is extremely resistant to continuous wear and environmental exposure.
The gravitational force is transmitted to the load cells by self-aligning mounts that allow movement in all directions. The movement of the truck scale is limited by flexible longitudinal and lateral buffers; the self-aligning design of the load cells ensures return to the neutral position. The buffers mounted on the bridge structure provide a resilient contact between the weighbridge and the ramp or pit edge protection, thereby avoiding the harmful effects of direct metal-to-metal impact.
The load-cell cables are joined in a junction box located on the weighing bridge; from there the signals travel via a single measuring cable to the indicator, which digitally displays the mass of the vehicle on the bridge. The indicator is equipped with an RS-232 computer output and an Ethernet port for TCP/IP connectivity. A secondary display and a PC running Porta software can be connected to the communication ports.
Installation is quick and straightforward (2–3 days).

Weighbridge indicators and secondary displays
Since 1998 we have been using the high-specification, state-of-the-art weighbridge indicators manufactured by the Italian company BILANCIAI for our weighbridges, with great satisfaction. All indicators come with communication ports as standard and can be expanded with a wide range of add-on cards. The lineup also includes a smart touch-screen weighbridge indicator. This indicator runs Porta software capable of managing an entire weighbridge operation, and with a connected thermal printer the weighbridge ticket can be produced instantly.
Three types of outdoor secondary display can be connected to the weighbridge indicator (100 mm LED, 75 mm LED and a loader-mountable display):
Weighbridge software
The Porta software is used to record traffic on road weighbridges. Numerous data fields can be stored for each weighing (registration number, measurement type, 1st and 2nd measurement results, tare weight, waste content, moisture content, broken-grain content, technological loss, cleaning fee, drying fee, product, customer, haulier, tare, origin, destination, comments); from these a weighbridge ticket can be generated and printed. Measurement data can be retrieved later and displayed on screen or printed. The databases containing various data (products, customers, hauliers, tare weights linked to registration numbers, origin data, destination data, tare values and comments) can be maintained, modified and extended with new records; the data can be listed on screen or sent to a printer.

In today’s fast-paced world every minute counts, so extended downtime caused by a technical fault can result in serious financial losses. Our sales operations span the entire country, so it is important for us to maintain service centres close to our customers in order to provide repair, maintenance and certification services at low call-out costs. Our qualified service engineers are tasked with resolving the technical problems of existing and prospective customers quickly and cost-effectively. Our warehouse stock ensures the supply of spare parts required for servicing.
Under current legislation, weighbridges must be certified every 2 years; we notify our customers in advance of each due date.
