ANS-M Type Steel Weighbridge
Low-design, flat-top, steel structure bridge scale, which can be produced in driveway (+34cm) or shallow shaft (-50cm) designs.
Thanks to the short spans, it is extremely durable and stands up in any heavy industrial environment.

Weighbridge Structure and Presentation:
The ANS-M type bridge scale is a measuring device built with longitudinal and intermediate supports as well as extremely accurate and reliable weighing cells. The main structural elements of the scale: “I” 240 main supports (placed in pairs in the gauge), 8mm ribbed plate walking surface. The shorter versions contain 4-6 weighing cells, while the longer versions (e.g. the 18m) contain 8 weighing cells.
After a corrosion-resistant primer, the pure metal structure of the bridge scale is treated with a two-component epoxy paint, which is extremely resistant to continuous use and environmental effects.
The weight force is transmitted to the weighing cells by self-adjusting clamps in such a way that they can move in all directions. The movement of the truck scale is limited by flexible length and side stops, and its return to the initial position is ensured by the self-aligning design of the weighing cells. The bumpers installed on the bridge structure ensure a flexible collision between the scale and the edge protection iron of the ramp or shaft, thereby avoiding the harmful effects of a clean metallic collision.
The cables of the weighing cells are connected in the junction box located on the weighing bridge, from here the signals reach the measuring instrument through a measuring cable, which digitally indicates the weight of the vehicle on the bridge. The measuring instrument has an RS-232 computer output and an ethernet port for TCP/IP connection. A second display and a computer with scale software can be connected to the communication ports.

Our products comply with III. prescribed in the MSZ EN 45501 standard. class accuracy and the regulations of the MKEH.
Our scales have a type test certificate accepted in all countries of the European Union.
Load Cells:
For our bridge scales, we recommend weighing cells from two manufacturers to our customers. Either analog or digital load cells can be ordered upon request.
The warranty period is 72 months for the CPR-M load cell, and 24 months for the ZSFY-A load cell.
For both cell types, we provide the variable division value (e.g. 30/60t, 10/20kg) for our bridge scales free of charge.
All the load cells installed in the bridge scale are safety equipped with shunting and grounding in order to prevent damage from lightning as much as possible. The junction boxes we use also contribute to lightning protection, as they have gas diodes, which have a good chance of protecting the measuring cells from overvoltage caused by lightning strikes coming from the direction of the scale display.
Scale Indicators, Secondary Displays
Since 1998, we have been using the high-tech, extremely modern scale displays of the Italian scale manufacturing company BILANCIAI for our bridge scales with great satisfaction. All displays have communication ports as standard and can be expanded with countless additional cards. The displays also include a smart scale display with a touch screen. In this display, weighing software suitable for the complete management of a bridge scale runs, and with the help of a connected thermal printer, the weighing ticket can be produced immediately.
Scale Software
The weighing software is used to record traffic on road bridge scales. Countless data can be stored for each measurement (registration number, type of measurement, result of 1st and 2nd measurement, mass of roll, garbage content, water content, broken grain content, technological loss, cleaning fee, drying fee, product, customer, supplier, roll, from, where, comment), from which we can make a balance ticket and print it. The measurement data can be retrieved later and displayed on a screen or printer. The various data (products, customers, suppliers, mass data for license plates, from data, to data, rolls and data files containing comments) can be maintained, modified, new data can be recorded in them, the data can be listed on the screen or on a printer.
Concrete Substructure Construction
The ANS-M bridge scale can be installed in a shaft (50cm deep shaft) or in ramp design (+34cm ramp height).

In today’s fast-paced world, every minute is worth gold, so a longer downtime caused by a technical fault can mean serious financial damage. Our sales activities are nationwide, so it is important for us to provide a service point close to our customers, in order to be able to provide them with repair, maintenance, and certification tasks at low outbound costs. The task of our qualified service colleagues is to solve the technical problems of our existing and future customers quickly and cost-effectively. Our warehouse supplies the necessary parts for service.
