BBBG-A Type Bottom-Mounted Big-Bag Filling Scale
The big-bag loading scale loads the crop automatically.
Construction of the scale
The basis of the BBBG-A scale is a solid, floor-mounted plate scale, only 130 mm high, which is available in a platform size of 1250×1250 mm or 1500×1500 mm upon request. A specially designed rack structure is placed on the scale, which ensures the fixing of the big-bags and the stable placement of the filling nozzle. The system also includes a pneumatically operated dispenser, which enables precise and fast filling. A 2 m³ pre-storage tank is installed above the weighing system, on separate support legs. This arrangement ensures that the filling process runs smoothly while weighing accuracy is not compromised. The dosing unit located at the bottom of the pre-storage is connected with a flexible connection, so it does not physically come into contact with the scale – this guarantees the reliability of the measured data.
Operating Mode, Service, Operation:
- The amount of mass to be measured (200-1000 kg) and the dosing parameters can be programmed freely on the keyboard of the scale’s measuring and control instrument.
- The big-bag scale has a bag counter and mass summing function and the it ensures accurate measurements by operating a self-learning program (appendix: installation diagram).
Application of the scale:
- The mouth of the big-bag must be attached to the filling tube with a manual leather buckle
- The tabs of the big-bag must be hung on the four height-adjustable hangers of the support structure
- The material to be filled must be continuously transported to the pre-storage
- The filling process must be started with a push button
- The scale performs taring
- The scale uses a feeder to load the product to a pre-set weight value
- The operator detaches the bag from the filling tube and the tabs from the hook
- The big-bag bag on the pallet on the scale is transported by forklift
- Everything starts from the beginning
Weighing technical service:

MP-ET-2 Type 2m3 Pre-Storage Tank:
- The lidless storage container is placed above the scale. Its purpose is to store and collect the product to be filled after the applicator.
- The container ensures that the application unit can work continuously during the bag change of the scale.
- The two-stage, pneumatically operated butterfly valve dispenser is installed at the bottom of the storage container.
- A minimum level sensor is built into the containers, which is connected to the measuring instrument. connected and ensures accurate measurement.
- The built-in maximum level sensor is used to prevent overfilling of the pre-storage, with the help of its signal the user can stop the feeding equipment.
