The MP-BBBG-F type top weighing big-bag filling equipment is an industrial-quality device, specially designed for the dosing of granular and granular products. The scale is top-mounted, which means that the scale is attached to the upper part of an independent support structure, so that the bags can be hung securely. The four measuring cell system and the self-aligning ball solution guarantee accurate and reliable measurement. The two-stage, gravity, pneumatically operated, butterfly valve feeder ensures uniform and precise material flow. The mouth of the big-bag can be easily fixed with the manual leather buckle mounted on the filling tube. Thanks to the suspended weighing, the scale cannot be damaged by the forklift transporting the big bags.

BBBG-F Type Top-Mounted Big-Bag Filling Scale

The big-bag loading scale loads the crop automatically. 

  • In case of gross measurement, the big-bag bag fulfills the role of the measuring container, so the scale measures the product in the placed bag. The bag mouth is attached to the filling tube with a manual buckle solution. 
  • After switching on the machine and programming the desired weight value, the only task of the operator is to place the empty big-bag on the filling tube and start loading. 
The amount of weight to be measured (200-1500 kg) and the dosing parameters can be freely programmed on the keyboard of the scale’s measuring and control instrument. it ensures accurate measurements by operating a self-learning program (appendix: installation diagram).

Introduction of scales:

  • The equipment is a two-stage, gravity, pneumatically operated scale equipped with a butterfly valve feeder.

  • The scale is a four-cell installation with a self-aligning ball solution with a displacement limiter at the four corners, which simultaneously fulfills the metrological requirements, as well as self-alignment and anti-jamming. 
  • There are 4 height-adjustable hangers attached to the upper frame of the scale structure for hanging big-bags. 
    •  
  • The mouth of the big-bag can be attached to the filling tube with a manual leather clip. 
  • The hanging measurement or the upper scale location is advantageous from the point of view that the scale cannot be damaged by the forklift transporting the big-bags.

MP-ET-2 Type 2m3 Pre-Storage Tank:

  • The lidless storage container is placed above the scale. Its purpose is to store and collect the product to be filled after the applicator.
  • The container ensures that the application unit can work continuously during the bag change of the scale.
  • The two-stage, pneumatically operated butterfly valve dispenser is installed at the bottom of the storage container.
  • A minimum level sensor is built into the containers, which is connected to the measuring instrument. connected and ensures accurate measurement.
  • The built-in maximum level sensor is used to prevent overfilling of the pre-storage, with the help of its signal the user can stop the feeding equipment.
