Scale Structure and Presentation:
The PRM type sheet scale is supported by 4 weighing cells and basically has 1 indoor D70E scale display, which can be connected to a computer or other peripherals (printer, second display) via 1 serial port and 1 ethernet port.
The welded steel structure of the scale is grain-blasted, metal on a clean surface, 80 μm has resin-based painting. The structure is made of I160 beams and 8 mm ribbed plate with appropriate cross bracing.
The cables of the weighing cells are joined in the connection box located on the weighing bridge, from here the signals reach the measuring instrument via a measuring cable, which digitally indicates the weight of the vehicle on the scale.
The scale can be installed easily and quickly in 1 day and can be relocated in even 1 day.
The scale complies with III. prescribed in the MSZ EN 45501 standard. class accuracy and MKEH regulations and has a Type Test certificate.
Scale Indicators, Secondary Displays
Since 1998, we have been using the high-tech, extremely modern scale displays of the Italian BILANCIAI scale manufacturing company for our scales with great satisfaction. All displays have communication ports as standard and can be expanded with countless additional cards. The displays also include a smart scale display with a touch screen. In this display, weighing software suitable for the complete management of a bridge scale runs, and with the help of a connected thermal printer, the weighing ticket can be produced immediately.
Concrete Substructure Construction
The PRM-KT scale can be installed in a shaft (26cm deep shaft) or in ramp design (+26cm ramp height).
Metripond-M93 Kft. undertakes the construction of the van scales on a turnkey basis, the necessary concrete substructures, roads, cable routes, drainages with its construction.
If the Customer wishes to construct the concrete substructure with his own team/subcontractor, Metripond-M93 Kft provides the foundation type plans and professional advice.
Scale Software
The weighing software is used to record traffic on road scales. Countless data can be stored for each measurement (registration number, type of measurement, result of 1st and 2nd measurement, mass of roll, garbage content, water content, broken grain content, technological loss, cleaning fee, drying fee, product, customer, supplier, roll, from, where, comment), from which we can make a balance ticket and print it. The measurement data can be retrieved later and displayed on a screen or printer. The various data (products, customers, suppliers, mass data for license plates, from data, to data, rolls and data files containing comments) can be maintained, modified, new data can be recorded in them, the data can be listed on the screen or on a printer.
