PRM-R Beam Scale
The PRM-R bar scale is an ideal solution for measuring bulky or long objects, such as building materials, special-sized pallets, loads, or even cases for livestock keepers. The measuring rods can be placed freely, the 5-meter connecting cable allows you to place the rods at a greater distance or even closer to each other, so you can easily measure different places and different goods. The scale is perfect in environments where traditional scales do not fit, or where the placement of the scale needs to be flexibly changed, for example under cabinets. It is quick and easy to use while providing accurate and reliable results. The display is connected to the measuring beam by means of a cable, but is separately protected, thus protecting it from collisions and accidents during loading.
Especially recommended for industrial environments, warehouses, logistics companies and farmers who measure larger or more bulky objects, possibly animals.

Scale Structure:
The material is a bent U profile or U beam. Shot-blasted, hot-dip galvanized or painted on a clean metal surface.
Structure and Presentation:
The two bars are occupied by the weighing cell equipped with 4 self-adjusting legs, which does not contain moving parts.
The weight of the pallet or platform placed on it can be measured, so the remaining measuring capacity is 2,000 kg “minus” the weight of the load.
The electronic measuring instrument enables fast and accurate measurement. The design of the materials and structures used for production ensures perfect cleanability, meeting hygiene standards.
The scale can be put into operation quickly and easily. Due to its construction, the scale can be operated with extremely low maintenance costs and can be easily and quickly moved to another location.
Maintenance:
The scale does not require special maintenance, as it does not contain moving or wearing parts. During operation, the deposited sediment must be removed from time to time from the surface under the scale.
