The complete ZBG-50 portioning scale system consists of the following units:

MP-ZBG-50 bagging scale:
The equipment is designed for filling grain into open bags, with gross weighing and two-stage (coarse and fine) gravity dosing. The scale height must be selected so that the bag fits between the lower edge of the filling spout and the conveyor belt. The current drawing is based on a bag length of 1 100 mm.

For proper scale performance and accurate measurement a buffer hopper with built-in minimum level indicator must be installed above the scale and connected to the bagging scale.
Installation:
The enclosed drawing contains the dimensions required for installation. The scale shown in the drawing will be mounted on the stand supplied by the Contractor, together with the buffer hopper. For continuous and accurate operation the product must be pre-stored and replenished above the scale during filling so that material is always present in the hopper. If the customer already collects the product in a suitably elevated storage vessel, the buffer hopper described above is not required.
- The scale must be fixed in a way that prevents it from picking up vibrations from other moving equipment or structures.
- The filling spout must be chosen to match the bag size; we require the user’s specifications for this.

- Material feed to the buffer hopper
- Power supply for the weighing instrument
- Supply air for the scale (filtered, dried)
- Extraction ducting for dust removal
Operating temperature:
- 0 °C to +40 °C with normal supply air
- −10 °C to +40 °C with dehumidified air
- Auxiliary personnel with lifting equipment required during commissioning
Operating mode, servicing and operation:
The bagging scale fills and weighs the product automatically.
During filling the bag acts as the weighing container — the scale dispenses the product into the placed bag after taring its weight.
After switching the machine on and programming the desired target weight, the operator’s only task is to place an empty bag on the filling spout and start the fill cycle. The scale automatically fills the target weight in two stages, after which the bag can be removed and a new empty bag placed — and the cycle begins again.
Note:
Installation data, options and integration into the production line must be coordinated continuously with Metripond-M93 Kft.

M93-ZAB4L scale stand:
The stand is designed to support the gross bagging scale. This stand structure must not be connected to any other equipment that could transmit vibrations to the scale.

M93-ET-1 buffer hopper (1 m³):
The buffer hopper is designed to store the product to be portioned above the scale. It is fitted with an inspection window and two built-in level sensors (max/min).

- Material: S235JR carbon steel, painted grey
- Mounted on the MP-ZAB-4L scale stand
Notes:
- Except for the bagging scale and the buffer hopper, all equipment is manufactured from S235JR standard steel in a painted finish
- The above equipment is a new product (2022)

ZBG_CS

M93-ZBG-CS-50 bagging scale:

Dosing is performed by the screw conveyor; for products that flow freely under gravity the fine-dosing stage is handled by the gravity feeder. The scale height must be selected so that the bag fits between the lower edge of the filling spout and the bag support or conveyor belt. The enclosed drawing is based on a bag length of 1 100 mm.

M93-SZ-2.5 conveyor belt (2.5 m):
The conveyor belt is designed for transporting filled bags; it is equipped with a power unit synchronised to the sewing machine speed with forward and stop functions, and a bag support (2.5 m).

M93-ECSSZ-01 electronics cabinet:
This electronic unit, housed in a dust-proof enclosure, is designed to supply power to the individual units of the weighing system via appropriately fitted connectors. The customer must connect the 400 V, 50 Hz mains supply to this cabinet via a central cable. The cabinet contains 2 × 400 V and 3 × 230 V voltage outlets as well as standard miniature circuit breakers.
YAO-HAN N-600A sewing machine with spring suspension:
1 × YAO-HAN N-600A manual bag-closing sewing machine for sealing upright bags conveyed on the conveyor belt in a stationary position
1 × Spring suspension for hanging the sewing machine at the correct working height.
The portable bag closer is used for sealing filled bags of paper, canvas, PP fabric, PE film, etc., either hand-held or suspended.

ZBSZU
The complete ZBSZU-50 portioning scale system consists of the following units:

ZBSZU-50 gross bagging scale with stand:
The equipment is a scale fitted with a two-stage belt feeder, load cells and a digital instrument. The gross bagging scale is designed for bagging grains, granulates and ground products, and is equipped with pneumatic actuators (bag clamp, dribble-feed arc gate).

Installation:
- The enclosed drawing contains the dimensions required for installation. The scale and buffer hopper can be mounted at the user’s premises on the stand supplied by the Contractor.
- The scale must be installed in a location free from vibration and fixed so that it does not pick up vibrations from other moving equipment or structures.
- The weighing system includes the conveyor belt that receives the filled bags and the sewing machine that closes them. These units must be installed alongside the filling unit during setup.
Operating principle:
- The scale is equipped with a two-stage belt feeder, making it suitable for bagging granular materials as well as sticky or dusty products in coarse and fine stages.
- When switching between granulate and ground product (or vice versa) no adjustment to the equipment is required — at most only the conveyed layer thickness needs to be set.
- The scale weighs during filling of the placed bag. It tares the weight of each placed bag and measures the net weight into the bag.
- The operator’s task is to place the bag on the filling spout; this action simultaneously triggers the two-hand switch to start the filling and weighing cycle.
- Filling, weighing and bag release are performed automatically.
- One operator is sufficient to run the bagging scale. During filling the operator must not hold the bag, as this would affect the measurement. The sewing machine is operated by a second worker.
