MP-ZBG-50 Bagging Scale:
The equipment is suitable for filling grain into an open bag, gross measurement and dosing in coarse and fine grades. The height of the scale must be chosen so that the bag fits between the bottom edge of the scale’s filling tube and the conveyor belt. The current drawing is made for a bag length of 1100 mm.

For proper performance and accurate measurement of the scale, a storage tank with a built-in minimum level indicator must be installed above the scale, which must be connected to the bagging scale.
Installation:
The attached drawing contains the dimensions required for installation. The scale shown in the drawing will be installed on the stand delivered by the Contractor together with the pre-storage. For continuous and accurate operation of the equipment, the product must be pre-stored and replenished above the scale when filling, so that there is always product in the tank. If the Customer collects the product in a pre-storage at a suitable height, then the previously recommended pre-storage is not required.

Mode of operation, service, operation:
The bagging scale automatically loads and measures the crop.
In the case of filling, the bag acts as a measuring container, so the scale measures the product in the placed bag after determining its weight.
After switching on the machine and programming the desired weight value, the only task of the operator is to place the empty bag on the filling tube and start loading. The scale automatically loads the required weight in two stages, after which the bag can be removed from the scale and the new empty bag can be placed on it, and then everything starts over.
Note:
The Customer must constantly discuss the installation data, options, service and integration into the technological line with the With Metripond -M93 Kft.
dosingM93-ZAB4L Type Scale Stand:
The device is suitable for recording the gross bagging scale. This rack structure cannot be connected to any other equipment that can transfer vibrations to the scale.

M93-ET-1 Type 1 m3 Pre-Storage Tank:
The pre-storage tank is suitable for buffering the crop to be removed above the scale, it is equipped with a viewing window and 2 built-in level sensors (max.-min.).

ZBSZU-50 Type Gross Bagging Scale with Stand:
The equipment is a scale equipped with a two-stage tape feeder, a weighing cell and a digital instrument. The gross bagging scale is a device equipped with pneumatic moving elements (bag catch, drop-off, arch lock) suitable for bagging grains, granules, and grinds.
)For proper performance and accurate measurement of the scale, a storage tank with a built-in minimum level indicator must be installed above the scale, which must be connected to the bagging scale.
Installation:
- The attached drawing includes dimensions required for installation. The scale and the pre-storage can be installed at the user’s premises on the rack supplied by the Contractor.
- A place must be provided for the installation of the scale where there is no vibration, and it must be fixed in such a way that it does not pick up the vibrations from other moving equipment and structures.
- The weighing system includes the conveyor belt that receives the filled bags and the sewing machine that seals the bags. These units must be installed to the charging unit during installation.
Principle of operation:
- The scale is equipped with a two-stage belt feeder, which makes it suitable for granular materials or for bagging sticky dusty products in coarse and fine grades.
- From granules to ground or when switching from ground to granulate, the equipment does not need to be adjusted, only the layer thickness to be transported must be set at the most.
- The scale performs the measurement when filling the placed bag. It measures the weight of each placed bag and measures the net weight in the bag.
- The task of the operator is to place the bag on the filling tube, which movement starts the filling and measuring with the two-handed switch.
- Filling, measuring and dropping the bag are done automatically.
- One operator is sufficient to manage the bagging scale. When filling the bag, the operator must not hold the bag, as this would affect the measurement. The sewing machine is operated by another employee.
