The ZBSZK-type bagging scale is an industrial-quality device specially designed for dosing soil-moist, non-adherent compost and sludge. The scale has a two-stage belt feeder that ensures even and accurate material flow. Thanks to the high-capacity receiving hopper, it is capable of continuous operation. The measuring cell technology and the digital instrument guarantee precise measurement results. Thanks to the self-learning program, the scale automatically adapts to changing conditions, so it always provides accurate and reliable results. The bagging scale is easy to use and can be adjusted to the customer’s needs thanks to the programmable dosing parameters. The equipment is complete, so it contains all necessary accessories for installation and operation.

- When installed, the bagging scale is suitable for dosing soil-moist, non-adherent compost and sludge in coarse-to-fine grades, as well as for their accurate measurement and filling into bags.
- On the keyboard of the scale’s measuring and control device, the amount of weight to be measured (10-20 kg) and the dosing rate can be programmed freely. parameters.
- The scale has a complete structure, according to which it includes the crop receiving hopper (approx. 2m3), the dosing belt, the scale with bag gripper, and the scaffolding that holds the entire system. by operating a self-learning program, it ensures accurate measurements.
- The sludge to be filled must not stick to the dosing belt or the hopper, because this problem affects performance and accuracy.
Mode of operation, service
- The bagging machine has semi-automatic gross operation.
- In the case of gross measurement, the mud goes directly into the bag and the measurement takes place here after the bag has been placed.
- After switching on the machine, the only task of the operator is to place the empty bags on the filling tube. The portions are measured and the bags are dropped after filling. The dropped bag is placed on the bag conveyor belt placed under the scale, which continuously transports the bag to the bag seamer or welder, or to the shoulder belt, for palletizing.
- Filled bags can be sealed with a sewing machine or welder, which is usually done by a second operator.
Weighing technical service:
After the scale is put into operation, it performs the following tasks with the software of the measuring electronics:
- Controls the operation of the coarse-fine belt feeders, the fall-back arc lock and the bag gripper
- The self-learning program of the weighing instrument compares the set and filled weight values, and in the event of a discrepancy, ensures the correcting of the dosage reliable and accurate measurements.
- The electronic scale also displays error messages on its display (e.g. the material does not arrive). All text displays are in Hungarian.
- The weighing control electronics of the scale display the following technical display:
- Measures the current bag weight
- Instantaneous bag weight, number of filled bags display
- Performance display (t/h)
- Limit value management (e.g. 150 bags)

Installation conditions:
- For continuous and accurate operation of the equipment, the crop must be stored in the receiving hopper of the scale, so that there are always at least 5 bags of crop in the tank.
- A place must be provided for the installation of the scale, where there is no vibration, and it must be fixed in such a way that it does not absorb vibrations from other moving equipment and structures.
- Installation height of the scale it must be chosen so that at least the length of the empty bag remains from the lower edge of the filling tube + the height of the conveyor belt.

The conveyor belt for transporting filled bags has a speed synchronized to the used sewing machine and is equipped with a high-current unit with a stop function and a bag support (2.5 fm) with height-adjustable legs.
Bag mouth sewing machine with spring suspension
- NEWLONG NP-7/A or YAO-HAN N-600A manual bag mouth sewing machine is used for sewing bags on the conveyor in a stationary position while moving
- Spring suspension can be used to suspend the sewing machine at a suitable height above the conveyor belt.
SZV-3 type 3 fm shoulder belt
The conveyor belt designed for transferring filled bags transports the sewn bags to shoulder height for palletizing. The transport height is adjustable.
