Workplace Training Support at Metripond-M93

Project content: Within the framework of the project, 20 employees participate in training courses, which conclude with the issuance of certificates. The training courses are as follows: Database Management, Effective Time Management, Industry 4.0 Preparation Training, Stress and Conflict Management, Motivation, Effective Communication and Communication Exercises. The project also includes: mandatory publicity elements, the professional implementer’s fee, project management fee, and salary and contribution support for training participants.
