Useful Information
What types of industrial scales do you manufacture?
In which industries can the scales be used?
Our scales are used in numerous industries, for example in the food industry (raw materials, finished products, packaging), agriculture (feed, crops, fertiliser), logistics (goods storage, transport), pharmaceuticals (raw materials, finished products), chemical industry (solid and liquid materials), metal industry (metal alloys, metal products), waste management (determining waste quantities) and in research.
How accurately do the scales measure?
The accuracy of our scales depends on the type, measuring range and calibration. Most of our scales measure with an accuracy of ±0.01% or better. Accuracy also depends on the frequency of scale calibration, environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) and scale usage.
In what measurement units can the scales measure?
Most of our scales can measure in multiple measurement units, for example kilogram, gram, tonne, pound, ounce, newton. For some models, it is possible to set custom measurement units.
How should the scales be calibrated?
Calibration is essential to ensure the accuracy of the scale. Calibration must be performed by a specialist, generally once a year. During calibration, the accuracy of the scale is checked using known masses, and adjustments are made if necessary.
Under what environmental conditions can the scales be operated?
Most of our scales operate reliably in a wide temperature range and at various humidity levels. However, extreme conditions (large temperature fluctuations, high humidity, dusty environments) may affect the accuracy and service life of the scale.
How do I choose the right scale?
To choose the right scale, consider the following:
Measuring range: What weight of objects do you want to weigh?
Accuracy: What level of accuracy do you need?
Measuring environment: Where will you use the scale? (indoors, outdoors, industrial environment)
Additional features: Do you need a printer, communication interface or other accessories?
Intended use: How often will you use the scale?
What accessories can be purchased for the scales?
We offer various accessories, such as printers, communication cables, calibration weights, pallet jack scales, stands, and software for data recording and analysis.
How can I carry out scale maintenance?
Scale maintenance must be performed by a specialist. With regular maintenance, you can extend the service life of the scale and ensure accurate measurement. During maintenance, the scale is cleaned, mechanical components are checked, and calibration is performed if necessary.
What certifications do the scales have?
Our scales comply with European and international standards and hold the necessary certifications (e.g. OIML, CE).
What warranty do you offer on products?
We offer a 12–60 month warranty on our scales, depending on the type.
How can I contact you if I have a question?
You can contact us by phone, email or by filling in the form on our website.
What types of power sources do the scales use?
Most of our scales can be operated with a mains adapter or battery. For some models, dual power supply is also available. Battery mode allows the use of the scale in places where there is no power source.
How long does a fully charged battery last?
Battery life depends on the type of scale, the frequency of measurements and the ambient temperature. Generally, several hundred measurements can be performed on a single charge.
Are the scales environmentally friendly?
Yes, we take environmental considerations into account both in the manufacture and operation of our scales. Most components are recyclable, and the scales are energy-efficient.
How should a scale be installed?
Scale installation is generally straightforward and is described in detail in the user manual. Most scales need to be placed on a flat, stable surface and connected to a power supply. For individual requests, our specialists also provide support during installation.
What factors should be considered when installing a scale?
During installation, care must be taken to ensure that the scale is on a stable base, not exposed to shaking or vibration. The scale should be placed in a dry, clean location, and direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided.
Are there software solutions related to the scales?
Yes, special software is available for some of our scales, with which you can record, analyse and export measurement data. This software enables the tracking of measurement results, statistical analysis and report generation.
