Like our other scales, they are made in a fully electronic design, the advantage of the construction is that it does not contain wearable, moving parts, so the animals behave calmly because the scale bridge does not move, it is stable, therefore the weighing can be done quickly and their operation requires less maintenance.
The scales are designed for the conditions and needs of the site, we make it to size, either for group or individual measurement. The scale can also be installed in the herding corridor, and we recommend a ramp design for the unhindered passage of the feed cart.
There are many solutions for the placement and design of the doors mounted on the pen, such as side-opening, double-opening, pull-up or pull-out doors, which help to herd the animals.
Display measuring instrument that can be used for scales:
A D70ES instrument IP 66 protection, stainless design. The electronic measuring instrument enables fast and accurate measurement. By default, the instrument is placed on the barrier of the longer side of the scale, if required it can be placed independently of the barrier, on a separate wall or table.
Our display can be connected to the local network, the measured data can be queried, as the instrument has an RS-232 or 422 or 485 output with an optional ethernet card
Surface Finish:
The scales can be made in a painted or galvanized design. The design of the materials and structures used during production ensures perfect cleanability, meeting hygiene standards.
