Indispensable tool for pig farms, fattening farms, sheep breeding farms and family farms! A big advantage of the construction is that it is easy to handle, it is not fixed in place, it does not contain wearable, moving parts, so its operation requires less maintenance. The device is used for authentic measurement, with a digital display.
The display instrument of the scale:
The D70ES instrument is IP 66 protected, stainless steel. The electronic measuring instrument enables fast and accurate measurement. By default, the instrument is placed on the barrier of the longer side of the scale, if required it can be placed independently of the barrier, on a separate wall or table.
Our display can be connected to the local network, the measured data can be queried, as the instrument has an RS-232 or 422 or 485 output with an optional ethernet card
Structure and Presentation:
The weighing cell, equipped with 4 self-adjusting legs, which does not contain any moving parts, is housed in the chassis of the scale. The pen mounted on the scales is equipped with doors at both ends for folding up and down. In order to move and relocate the scale, there is a lever at both ends, with the help of which the scale can be easily relocated. Optionally, wheels can be installed on the scales, which makes it easier to transport the scale, even one person can easily move the scale. The animals behave calmly when being driven onto the scale, as the scale bridge does not move and is stable, so the weighing can be done quickly.
Surface Finish:
The scales can be made in a painted or galvanized design. The design of the materials and structures used during production ensures perfect cleanability, meeting hygiene standards.
