Scale Structure:
The material is a bent U profile or U beam. Acid-resistant or powder-coated, powder-coated on a clean metal surface, or hot-dip galvanized.
Structure and Presentation:
In the frame there is a scale cell equipped with 4 self-adjusting feet with acid-resistant casing, which does not contain moving parts.
The weight of the bag can be stored, so the remaining measuring capacity is 2000 kg “minus” the weight of the bag.
The electronic measuring instrument enables fast and accurate measurement. The design of the materials and structures used for production ensures perfect cleanability, meeting hygiene standards.
The scale assembly can be done very simply and quickly. Due to its construction, the scale can be operated with extremely low maintenance costs and can be easily and quickly moved to another location.
Maintenance:
The scale does not require special maintenance, as it does not contain moving or wearing parts. During operation, the deposited sediment must be removed from time to time from the surface under the scale.
