In the chassis of the scale, there are 4 weighing cells with self-adjusting feet, which operate without moving parts, so they are extremely reliable and long-lasting.
There are doors on both ends of the pen mounted on the scale, the design of which can be fully adapted to the needs of the customer. The doors can be single- or double-leaf, and the direction of opening – to the right or to the left – can be chosen freely. The stable and easy-to-use doors are equipped with a two-point locking mechanism on both sides, which provides secure fastening, even in case of intensive use.
The low platform height allows the animals to easily step onto the scale, reducing stress and risk of injury. A forklift or loader is required to move the scale, but thanks to its solid structure it can be transported safely.
The surface is easy to clean and can be painted or hot-dip galvanized – the latter is especially recommended for outdoor use, as it provides excellent corrosion protection and makes the scale extremely durable. device.
The digital display provides quick and accurate measurement results, while the optionally available network connection enables easy data recording and further analysis.

Adapted to the environment of use, our scales are also offered in painted or hot-dip galvanized designs.
For the painted version, in order to achieve the highest quality, we use shot blasting, degreasing, priming and powder coating during the surface treatment. These procedures ensure thorough preparation of the surface, excellent adhesion and long-term corrosion protection. By default, the scale is made in RAL 7016 (anthracite dark grey) with a small convex texture. This modern and elegant look provides a durable, non-slip surface that meets the demands of industrial and commercial use.
The hot-dip galvanized design is particularly recommended for use in sheds, outdoor or extreme environments, or for use in acidic environments, such as animal farms. The hot-dip galvanizing technology makes the scale highly resistant to corrosion, moisture and mechanical stress – thus ensuring a long service life and reliable operation even in the most extreme conditions.
Load Cells:
We use two types of load cells for our scales, both of high quality and reliability. One of them is the Italian Bilancia NTI type acid-resistant weighing cell, which provides an extremely low weighing platform height. The other, the Keli SQB-A type weigh cell, is a Chinese product made of alloy steel, which is also very durable and reliable, but available at a more favorable price. Whether you choose one or the other type, you can be sure that a premium quality load cell that works well in the long term will be in your scale.
